A brief cycling lesson is followed by a ride, beginning at River Run Plaza, 1071 Country Club (just east of Upper Valley Rd). Riding groups are paced for beginner, beginner/intermediate and intermediate riders. Helmets required. The July 22 ride is a simple group ride with no lesson. Afterwards, we’ll show our appreciation to the Rio Plaza merchants by buying dinner (pizza, subs, chicken, etc.) and beverages (or bring your own). Bring chairs. Socialize and talk cycling!
